CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS for Grand Prize Draws- 2010 Seaforth Country Classic tickets.

1. Contest period-The contest commences December 9th, 2009 (the 'Contest Period').  All entries must be received by September 1st, 2010, the Contest Closing Date. Draw date will be September 18th, 2010. 
2. Eligibility- The contest is open to anyone who has attained the age of 19 by contest closing date, except for employees and immediate family of Careen Inc.
3. No purchase necessary to enter contest.  Enter as often as you like by sending a printed hand drawn facsimile to Seaforth Country Classic, Box 997, Seaforth, On N0K 1W0 and answering skill testing question 4 x 20/2 + 10=    .  Only one (1) entry per post-marked envelope. Enter as often as you wish, but each sweepstakes entry must be completed in full, postmarked by September 1st, 2010 the Contest Closing Date and received on or before the close of business September 18th, 2010. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt. Chances depend on number of entries.
4. Prizes: 1st prize-50 inch gold chain, 2nd prize-50 tee times for two at selected golf courses, 3rd prize-50 inch TV. Bonus Prize***two tickets to 2011 Masters. All entries are eligible for prizes.  Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $14,000.00.
5. The Draw- A random draw will be conducted on or about September 18th, 2010 at 9:00 p.m. EST in Seaforth from all elegible entries received during the Contest period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Confirmation of Selected Winners- Each winner will be notified by telephone or mail within seven (7) days of the draw date.  Before being declared a winner, the winner must correctly answer, unaided, the mathematical skill-testing question. In order to be awarded the prize, the winner must show valid photo ID and sign an affidavit of elegiblity.  Careen Inc. in not responsible for any entries that may be lost, stolen, or misdirected. Careen Inc. reserves the right to diqualify any person(s) tampering with the entry process or any other violation of these contest rules.
